Family-run, Gas Safe registered and proud to have served Wigan and Greater Manchester since 2007. Over 17 years, 123 five-star reviews and thousands of boilers installed — built entirely on reputation.
The man behind JJK
I started JJK Gas Services in 2007 with a simple belief: that people in Wigan deserved a gas engineer they could actually trust. Someone who turns up when they say they will, charges what they quote, and takes real pride in their work. That belief hasn't changed in over 17 years.
I'm a fully qualified, Gas Safe registered engineer — registered under number 939000, which you can verify any time at gassaferegister.co.uk. Over the years I've also become an Ideal Max Accredited Installer and Worcester Bosch Approved Installer, which means I can offer the maximum manufacturer warranties available on every boiler I fit — up to 12 years on the Ideal Vogue Max.
I've been hands-on in Wigan properties for nearly two decades. I know the water pressure quirks in Pemberton, the older pipe layouts in Hindley, the compact layouts in Leigh terraces. That local knowledge matters when something goes wrong at 11pm and you need someone who knows what they're doing.
My rates are straightforward: £135 for the callout and first 1.5 hours, then £45 per 30 minutes. Annual boiler service from £108. Landlord CP12 from £108. No hidden charges, ever.
Those 123 five-star Google reviews are the thing I'm most proud of. Every one of them is from a real Wigan customer — a real home I've worked in, a real family I've helped. That's what JJK is about.
