Essential
The Essential Service Plan is designed to optimise performance of your boiler and help extend lifespan. With this plan, you’ll receive an annual service and safety check to ensure your boiler operates safely and efficiently.- Annual Service with Flue Gas Analysis
- Internal Component Checks: Expansion Vessel, Electrical Connections, Fan, Ignition Probe, Main Heat Exchanger, Condensate Trap
- Filter Clean (if fitted)

Boiler Service Plan
The Boiler Service Plan provides all the benefits of the Essential Service Plan, but with added boiler and heating control repairs. If your boiler experiences any issues, we’ll prioritise your call-outs and handle repairs as part of the plan.- Annual Service with Flue Gas Analysis
- Internal Component Checks: Expansion Vessel, Electrical Connections, Fan, Ignition Probe, Main Heat Exchanger, Condensate Trap
- Filter Clean (if fitted)
- Gas Pressure Test
- Repairing boiler, boiler parts, or heating controls where repairable
- Supplying and fitting any available boiler parts
- Fitting (but not supplying) any heating controls
- Priority attendance to any boiler faults
- Domestic boilers over 70Kw in size or over 16 years old
- Repairing the boiler (or supplying a new boiler) if the required spare parts are not available or the boiler is beyond economic repair
- Repairing damage caused by sludge, scale, or debris
- Pre-existing faults or conditions
